Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022
This year we've partnered with a local race company to providechip timing for the 5k. In the past, the run was free to participate, but we've heard the feedback that many neighbors want to see this as a timed race. We kept the registration fee to a minimum just to cover cost, and will be asking for donations for the local charity (either through registration or on race day).
You will continue to have the option to participate in the Turkey Trot atNO COST if you do not want to be timed and you do not want a T-Shirt.
Please register everyone who will be participating so we can plan the event accordingly (ie. kids fun run has finisher medals for all so we need to know how many kids will be there).There will be race day registration available, but please try to register in advance if possible. Online registration closes November 20. You must register by November 8 to be guaranteed a shirt.
Event details:
7:00am - Packet pick-up and race day registration
8:00am - Kids fun run
8:30am - 5k (Timed and non-timed)
Cost:
Timed (chipped race) 5k with shirt:$15
Non-Timed 5k with shirt: $10
Non-Timed 5k without shirt: free
Kids Fun Run: free
Please register everyone who will be participating, even if it is for a free event! You must register by November 8 to be guaranteed a shirt (if registering for an event that includes a shirt).
We hope you find that the $10-$15 sign up fee as a minimal charge to help cover expenses and your t-shirt order.

100% of proceeds will go to the local charity,A Giving Spirit Foundation.
A Giving Spirit Foundation began when two local mothers were given financial assistance and since then, with each passing year, AGSF continues to support more and more mothers in need. Since 2008, AGSF has provided nearly $400,000 in grants, that's 400+ mothers in our area in order to focus on their family, focus on getting better, and have relief from the financial stress and burden that comes with a debilitating disease.

Timed 5k: 1st Place Overall Male and Female
Age Groups Male and Female:7 & under, 8-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-69, 70+
5k Course Description:
Start at Club Entrance on Northstone Drive, proceed around the Northstone Drive circle to Cadgwith Cove, then turn right on Northstone Drive to Willington Drive. Proceed down Willingdon, and turn around at Ulsten Dr. and back down to Willington Dr. and back to Club Entrance on Northstone Dr.
