Nathan Lowe, his wife Michaela, her mother Cindi Layman and stepfather Dave Grant, took over the Imperial as a joint venture, or, family business. Owning a restaurant has been a dream for Nathan Lowe, who has an education centered in entrepreneurship and plenty of restaurant work experience. Dave is an experienced restaurant professional after working as a chef at the popular Clyde restaurant, Blue Rooster. Cindi has worked at Bogart's in Waynesville for 14 years. The Imperial is one of the prettiest buildings in Canton and will alone attract people, but our goal is to give people a reason to come back. Although a few favorites from The Imperial restaurant will remain on the menu, there will be several other popular Southern items added to the menu.
