Pio Pio at Ballantyne

Pio Pio is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in pollos a la brasa (rotisserie chicken) and other traditional Colombian and Peruvian dishes. Pio Pio Restaurant NC is owned and operated by Luz Gutierrez in Ballantyne, North Carolina. Luz has over 18 years experience in the restaurant industry. Pio Pio at Ballantyne has opened to sponsor, New Missions of Haiti and Dominican Republic. New Missions started with five tents pitched under a grove of coconut trees. The year was 1983 and the tents belonged to George and Jeanne DeTellis, who had left the United States after 25 years in the pastorate to pioneer New Missions in Haiti.
