Magnolia's Poboys

Chef Katz was born and raised in New Orleans where he found his passion for food. After he graduated from Johnson and Wales he went on to work in some of the finest restaurants in New Orleans, eventually becoming Executive Chef at Restaurant Indigo which was rated extraordinary two years in a row. Unfortunately Indigo hit hard by hurricane Katrina. After evacuating, he spent many years Virginia working for corporate restaurants found his way to Charlotte. Yearning to get back to cooking the foods he loves, he is proud to bring authentic po-boys and other New Orleans favorites to the Charlotte area.
