At this spot we’ve established a new innovation brewery to continue our focus on excellent quality control standards consistent with our 38 years combined experience in the brewing industry. The taproom features our well-known varieties that customers love, as well as exciting new offerings designed for the local market – offerings that are brewed, innovated, and developed in Charlotte under both Victory and Southern Tier brands. Our full-service kitchen and dining spaces allow guests to pair their beers with an equally satisfying culinary experience, where we create fresh menus inspired by the vision of our Executive Chef team.
