Realtor®/Broker Sudie Throneburg always goes the extra mile to ensure her clients' buying and selling experiences are a success.

She earned her degree in broadcast journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill and later became a licensed Realtor®/Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. She lives on Wild Partridge Drive across from the Montibello subdivision, and is a South Charlotte and Ballantyne neighborhood expert. She enjoys seeing her clients' eyes light up when they find the home that fits their unique needs.

Sudie has a natural ability to establish rapport with clients and asks the necessary questions and listens to discern each client's needs and wants. She observes their reactions when viewing homes and quickly gets a feel for what they are going to love. She strives to find the perfect fit that makes each of her clients get that special feeling when they come home.

When she's not selling real estate, Sudie loves to paint, play the piano, golf, tennis and bridge. She also enjoys going out to eat, going to the movies, and spending time with her 18-year-old daughter and 22-year-old son.
