37sol is the sister concept of SOL Southwest Kitchen in the Charleston, SC market. Scheduled to open late November 2017, we are an upbeat concept featuring Southwestern flavors, fresh juiced margaritas and over 60 premium tequilas.
That means a true “from scratch” kitchen and wood fire grill so you really taste the fire. All dishes start from scratch and are prepared to order.
Simple. Local. Made to order. This is the soul of a great neighborhood restaurant. These three basic philosophies are behind everything at SOL—from our antique maple bar made of 100% reclaimed lumber to the fresh ingredients in our kitchen to the free-flowing seating in our dining room and lounge.
