Systema Bodywork

At the Systema Training Center we teach Systema and Systema Bodywork to anyone interested in total body wellness. We are NCBTMB Approved and offer continuing education credits to licensed Massage and Bodywork professionals. Systema Bodywork is a unique system of bodywork designed to strengthen the mind-body connection and calm and balance the nervous systems of the body-mind.

Systema Bodywork balances the body-mind connection by stimulating the nervous systems through various forms of soft tissue manipulations. While stimulating the sympathetic nervous system your Bodyworker will guide you through breathing exercises to further stimulate and deeply relax the body-mind.

After the first round of relaxation comes over the body your Bodyworker may take you further by going even deeper into the stimulation process leaving you feeling a fuller sense of presence, calmness, and awareness. After your first Systema Bodywork session you will feel the deference it has made and will be looking forward to your next session!
