After deciding on a vessel, choose a base (Nori, sushi rice, brown rice, salad) and then stack it with plethora of protein, topping and sauce options ranging from spicy tuna, fresh salmon and tempura shrimp to cheetos hot chips, wakame, and sriracha aioli.
