BEWARE WORST AGENT - I had the misfortune of working with Kajal, and I can’t express enough how utterly disappointed I am. If you’re looking for a realtor who prioritizes profit over clients, look no further! It was clear from the start that all she cared about was her commission. Claims to have 10 years of experience but in reality, she has 0 experience on how to deal with clients. How can an agent be so rude and against the interest of the buyer and favor the seller? No negotiation skills on how to talk to a buying agent but will convince you to buy the house with the price higher than market rate and would make it look like it's the best ever house with the best deal ever (sole purpose if to get the hefty commission from a quick sell). WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A PERSON - She rushed me into signing a contract without explaining any of the details. I felt like I was signing my life away without fully understanding the implications. And guess what? It didn’t take long for the consequences to hit me. The situation I found myself in was a complete nightmare, all thanks to her lack of transparency and genuine concern. Communication? Nonexistent. Whenever I had questions, she seemed annoyed

Pros: None that I have seen.

Cons: Does not value your time. Master in convincing buyer to purchase a house at higher price rather than negotiating with the seller. Would rush you to buy a house for her commission. Does 0 market research in helping you find the house that meets your requirements. Would bother you again and again for house you have seen before but was not interested. Just because she showed you a house means you are obligated to give an explanation why you are not interested in purchasing it (according to her).
