Divine Barrel Brewing

Description

Divine Barrel Brewing will have a strong focus on wood fermented and barrel aged wilds and sours. We plan to ferment beers in large oak foeders and age a multitude of beers in wine, spirits and other interesting barrels. We also plan to have a wide and varied selection of "clean" beers that will only spend time in stainless as well as a slew of small batch beers and other interesting experiments coming our of our 2 bbl pilot system. Our goal is to brew unique and creative beers to see what's possible and to inspire Charlotte's beer drinking community.
