- Celebrates and promotes the diverse regional food culture of the Carolinas - Supports local and regional farmers and food artisans as well as the regional network of markets - Serves as an incubator for food-related businesses, and - Helps mitigate food deserts in surrounding neighborhoods addressing access, health and food education and costs. Free parking for the first 90 minutes for customers who make purchases from our small businesses. Customers wishing to validate their parking tickets must bring the ticket and proof of purchase to Greeneman Farms or Gateau Baking Company.
